Frances Segal, MD
Dr. Segal is a Board Certified Dermatologist who has practiced in Mission Viejo since 1986. A native Californian, she is a graduate, with honors, of UC Davis Medical School and received her Dermatology training at UC Irvine; she is also Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
She enjoys not only the medical aspects of her practice, but also the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. She is an avid runner, ballroom dancer, and art and theater lover.
Frank Zhan, MD
Dr. Zhan is a Board Certified Dermatologist who has been practicing in California since 2009. He received both his medical degree and Dermatology residency training at Vanderbilt University. Furthermore, he completed a fellowship training in procedural dermatology at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
